Horrible form and athleticism

I keep hearing about athleticism but I don't know what it means. I' just guessing that its someone who lacks athletic attributes. My goalkeeper coach likes to work on athleticism. The only problem is, I make good saves, but my movements are very awkward. My form is similar to a baboon. Wheneve I watch videos of myself goalkeeping, I cringe looking at how awkward and uncoordinated I am. I would like to improve my athleticism and form. My leg is slightly longer than the other, by a few centimeters (not noticeable), so I don' know if that has to do with athleticism.

Sorry I'm not entirely sure what you are asking here? Athleticism is  the physical qualities that are characteristic of athletes, such as strength, fitness, flexibility and agility.  Basically every attribute you need to be a goalkeeper.

If you are lacking this I suggest speaking to a physical trainer to co-ordinate a taylor made plan to help you improve it, working on the core, strength and plyo are all a good place to start though
