Explosive Power

Hi everyone,

im about to start going to the gym again after a bit of time off for summer ready for next season. I’d say the area I really need to work on is my explosive power in my legs. I’m certainly not springy at the moment and don’t feel I have it in me to outjump taller players at set pieces or power off for a finger tip save. So was just wondering if anyone knew any info about how to improve this in the gym? I’ve got access to weights, Olympic rack, plyo box, stair climber, skill mill, and resistance machines etc was just wondering how many reps and sets to do, what percentage of 1RM to be working at and frequency really.
