Football manager for sure, Fifa and Pes get boring if you're not playing it with mates. However the Fifa drinking game is a cracker

So is anyone actually playing Football Manager at the moment, or is everyone too busy goalkeeping for the real thing?

I am, downloaded a patch as a British premier league (did this in the last one as well) went Hibs starting from the championship. 7 years on and I've just won the Premiership.

Adore Football Manager, play it on my commute to/fro Uni if I've no work to do. Fifa is a hoot too, gets boring individually but playing local multiplayer and the online Clubs mode with pals is great fun.

Pes 2013 is taking back the crown this year. Fifa is becoming arcade city now. Feels like your playing Fifa Street.

I beg to differ, Fifa 13 looks pretty sweet, set-pieces are far more in-depth, and the transfer system is more developed; you're also able to manage an International team too.

Im talking about gameplay. Pes is much more realistic, and the pace is so much better than fifa 'everyone has ronaldo skills' 13.
The licence argument is pretty immature, so it doesn't bother me if 'so and so' team is or is not licensed. Pes/ISS was better back in the day and that had zero licensing. I remember Giggs always being called Gills etc!!
I want to like them both but after a night of playing both quite a bit, I just dont like the whole pacing, skill move, bad defender AI thats in fifa. Granted, Pes is not perfect but the gameplay overall feels fantastic.
Going to have to set aside some money as it out with F1 2012 this week!! Another great game.

Anyone heard of Xperteleven, the best online manager game? I've been playing it for three years with great joy. Please have a look:
