I am 16 years old I just started my new football season as Goalkeeper after 1 year of absence , it is not going well i make a lot of mistakes i normally wouldnt and my dives are horrible compared to my early days .
Its like i forget how to play :-/ besides that i got another problem my confeidence is HORRRIBLE! evrytime i play a game all my muscle weakens and i cant even catch the easiest ball . Its very frustrating its spoils the fun of it and i concede goals for stupid reasons.

I hope someone have some tips i really would appreciate it .

Sounds to me like your a bit rusty and because of this your confidannce is going (hence the nerves in matchs) all I could really advise is persevering and try your best at training (I assume you play for a team because you mentioned matches) and keep your head up I know it's hard trust me I've had days even weeks were I havnt been at my best or even up to my satisfactory standerds (which are quite high) but all you can do is keep trying and remember why you enjoy and love playing football if you keep doing all this it will all (eveduanlly) click into place.

Good luck hope you get your confidannce back and you feel happy with your performances

P.S.

If you can get your confidante back you will feel much better and even perform better because a lot of it is in the mind if you hint your going to let in a goal and have a bad game chances are you will have exactly that so remember if you think your going to do well you proberly will even if it isn't noticable at first after a while you will notice a difference (even if it's as little as you wouldn't have dived for that shot say 1-4 weeks ago but your are now because you think you could have saved that shot and who knows next time you might do just that)

EDIT

I forgot to mention down dwell on your mistakes that will get you no where instead asses them so next time you know ow you can do better
Dont wish it for it WORK for it

I think the best thing to do now is to just try to relax. You need to play some non competitive games, build up confidence again. Playing with unconfidence is the worst thing that could ever happen. Relax, go out with some buds on your spare time, have a kick about, work on regaining your technique, just have a good time playing. Once you feel more confident you will be able to perform in training, then work your way back up to competition level. You probably aren't in the best shape to play, and playing is going to be very hard on you. I think you need to look at your mistakes and take what you did wrong and try to fix them. Don't try to recreate your past. You are what you are now, just build off it. let some buds take free kicks on you, or have them recreate shots that would be taken in a game. Once you are confident in blocking those shots, it will slowly transfer to your game again.

I'm no trainer or anything, but i've been down this road, and i almost quit keeping because of this. Just try to keep your head up high and play more football.

Try not to focus on your mistakes but your positives. Don't dwell on mistakes as everyone makes them.

For building mental confidence, I like to have whoever is warming me up just play a few "easy" shots/crosses/etc just so I get the comfort level in, for me, as soon as I've claimed the first couple comfortably, I have no problems building from that
